My Approach

Just like mentioned by the American Psychological Association, "Psychologists help people of all ages live happier, healthier, and more productive lives." Through the use of various psychotherapy methods and collaborative treatment measures, my clients develop habits that help them face any obstacle in their life. My therapeutic sessions are aimed at examining personal problems and providing clients with the tools that allow them to always see the glass as half full instead of half empty.

I use effective psychotherapy techniques based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to induce my clients' self-awareness and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life, but also so they can learn new skills to be able to confront the difficulties they are faced with. 

 

I have provided a wide variety of mental health services to countless clients in Australia, Spain, and Cyprus. My services are personalised to be able to attend to any situation my clients go through: from minor life circumstances to traumatic experiences. In my practice, the client's wellbeing comes first. This is why I am invested in understanding the client not only from a scientific point of view, but also from a humane one.
