About Me

I undertook my first studies in the field of psychology, my Undergraduate Degree, at Australia's #1 university, The University of Melbourne. Here I was trained by the most elite minds in the country on a wide range of topics relating to psychology: starting from how the human brain works and how we behave, to being able to distinguish and diagnose mental disorders.

Upon the completion of my Undergraduate Degree, I went on to study a Graduate Diploma of Psychology. This gave me the opportunity to conduct my own scientific research and experiment, as well as write my own thesis, based on women's 'fat-talk' and the different constructs influencing it.

Subsequently, I took up my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology in Spain, which has trained me to treat a variety of issues ranging from minor life problems, such as low self-esteem and anger management, to mental disorders. Hence, I am able to provide psychotherapy sessions in Greek and English, but also in Spanish.

My years of studies and living overseas have morphed me into the clinical psychologist I am today. However, it is my experience and therapeutic relationships that I have built with my clients over time that have allowed me to think beyond the mind of the scientist and relate to my clients as a human being. I do this not only as someone who can provide them with the help they need and deserve, but also as a person who can understand and empathise with them. This way, my clients can always achieve the psychological catharsis they deserve.
